    Supplemental forms division

Supplemental Health Care, a national healthcare staffing provider, recently unveiled its Direct Hire business line. The new corporate division will provide strategic recruiting solutions for clients with permanent placement needs, while also supporting Supplemental Health Care’s existing portfolio of workforce services.

For many years, Supplemental Health Care, based in Park City, Utah, has supported clients in sourcing, screening, and presenting healthcare professionals to fulfill permanent hire openings. By formalizing these service offerings, Supplemental Health Care says it’s now able to meet the full spectrum of its clients’ workforce needs on a daily basis.

“Supplemental Health Care has been a longtime forerunner in helping healthcare facilities optimize their workforce through our staffing and recruiting strategies,” said Janet Elkin, chief executive officer of Supplemental Health Care. “Equipped with a dedicated, fulltime staff of recruiters focused on identifying talent for permanent employment opportunities, Supplemental Health Care is now positioned to offer a full suite of workforce solutions that improve workforce stability by addressing both contingent and permanent hire needs.”

The company plans to hire more recruiters and support personnel for the new division, though a final figure hasn’t been determined, says Supplemental Health Care spokeswoman Ebony Brooks.
